How this console works

Everything here works for any Beyond loan officer, not only admins — you manage your own partners, admins see everyone.

Bringing a partner on — the white-glove way

1. Create realtor account (or Create builder account) in the invite card below. Fill in everything you know: name, email, mobile, brokerage, headshot, and every state licence with its number and expiry.
2. Save. Their page exists now, assigned to you. Open it with Partner page, look at it, fix anything.
3. Attest the licence once you have checked it. A listing only publishes in a state that is verified.
4. Create invite link using the same email address — that is what joins their login to the page you built. They set a password and find it already done.

A partner who cannot get in? Open their record and press Send password link. It emails them a link to choose their own, and tells you plainly if the mail did not go out.

When a listing comes in

1. You get an email: your realtor has submitted a listing and is waiting on you.
2. Click Open House in the header above.
3. Generate audio + video (AI) — one press writes the script, records the branded narration, renders the video from their photos and posts it to Vimeo. A few minutes; the status line updates itself.
4. Listen before you publish. Under Advanced you can regenerate the audio alone, upload your own, or reject it. The AI writes from what the realtor typed, so it can be wrong.
5. Publish & release to realtor — puts the consumer page live and drops the link, video, audio and QR flyer into their dashboard to share.

Worth knowing

• Photos come from the MLS or the photographer, never from a listing portal. The video is built from them, and the rights confirmation the realtor ticks has to be true.
• Email all BRE|HQ members sends real email immediately. No draft, no undo.
• Every open-house page carries your loan-officer card — set it once at the top of this page and it rides on everything your partners publish.

A password link lets them choose their own — nothing is sent in plain text, and the link expires on its own.
