The Open Lounge is a private, members-only communication space. It is not public marketing, not an MLS, and never syndicates listings. Participation is the listing agent's decision, requires documented seller authorization, and does not alter the agent's obligations under MLS rules — including NAR's Clear Cooperation and delayed-marketing policies — or state advertising law. Each member remains solely responsible for their own compliance.
